Return and refund policy

This policy covers two types of purchases from TAELON HOME PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED:

  1. Grihasana app plans (digital — fixed-duration yoga / wellness plans)

  2. Physical merchandise (mats, props, apparel, and other goods we ship)

Each has its own rules below. Common provisions (fair usage, promotions, contact) apply to both.


1. Grihasana App Plans

Grihasana plans are sold as fixed-duration purchases — for example, a 1-week, 4-week, or 12-week plan. Plans do not auto-renew. When a plan ends, your access ends, and you choose whether to buy another plan.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If, within 30 days of purchasing a plan, the plan isn't working for you, we will refund your purchase in full. No questions, no friction.

How to request a refund

  • Email customercare@grihasana.com or WhatsApp +91 78926 81690 within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Include the email or phone number used at checkout, and your order reference if available.

  • We respond within one working day and confirm your refund the same day in most cases.

Managing your purchases

You can view your active plan, see when it ends, and buy another plan anytime from your account page:

grihasana.com/account/loginMemberships

From there you can:

  • See your current plan and remaining days.

  • Buy another plan (same tier or different) when your current one is ending — or after it has ended.

  • View past orders and download receipts.

Because plans are fixed-duration, there's no auto-renewal to cancel. Your access simply ends on the plan's end date unless you choose to buy another plan.

When refunds may not apply

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase.

  • Repeated buy-and-refund behaviour from the same account or payment method (covered under our Fair Usage Policy below).

  • Promotional or gifted plans where a "no refund" condition was clearly stated at checkout.

Refund timeline

  • Online payment refunds (UPI / card / net banking): initiated within 5–7 business days of approval; the bank's settlement time is on top of that.

  • Bank transfer (NEFT) refunds: 3–5 business days after initiation.

  • Refunds always return to the original payment method. No cash refunds.


2. Physical Merchandise — Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you would like a replacement due to damaged goods, please email customercare@grihasana.com or WhatsApp +91 78926 81690 within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product, the inner packaging, and the outer packaging. We will respond within 48–72 hours.

  • Please provide clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.

  • Allow 7 working days from the date you return your package for your request to be processed. We may contact you to confirm the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost if:

  • The product is damaged in transit.

  • Parts or accessories are missing.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You aren't satisfied with the product after using it (within 7 days of delivery).

Additional notes:

  • If you received the wrong product, please keep it unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Please do not use the product you are returning or replacing.

  • If you received a pilfered or tampered delivery, report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Damages due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications are not covered under this policy.

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Required information or images are not provided.

  • The returned product is not in its original condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service.

  • Customers must provide us with the courier name, tracking number, and order details once the return is dispatched. Without this information, we cannot verify or process the refund / replacement.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund & Replacement (Physical Goods)

We want you to love your TAELON HOME PRODUCTS purchase. If, within 7 days of purchase, you're not absolutely thrilled with the product, we will refund your money in full.

We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before processing your refund or replacement. Refunds are processed via bank transfer or back to the original payment method — no cash refunds.

  • Online payment refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

  • NEFT refunds will take 3–5 business days after initiation.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the bank account details you share.

Shipping Damage or Missing Items

We carefully inspect and pack each order before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incomplete:

  • Do not use the product.

  • Take clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • Keep the invoice for reference.

If your order was purchased via a marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), please contact their customer service directly. In such cases, TAELON HOME PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for damage claims.

Packaging Changes

We may update product packaging or materials over time to improve durability and reduce waste, without affecting the product's function or quality. You may receive products in updated or eco-friendly packaging.


3. Common Provisions

Fair Usage Policy

We aim to make refunds, returns, and exchanges fair and hassle-free for genuine cases. However, accounts that repeatedly request refunds, refuse deliveries, or claim refunds for issues outside our responsibility may be subject to review, and future purchases may be restricted.

Promotions

TAELON HOME PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change or cancel ongoing or upcoming promotions, offers, sales, or giveaways without prior notice or liability. Any "no refund" or eligibility conditions tied to a specific promotion will be clearly stated at checkout for that offer.
